JUST A FEW HELPFUL HINTS FROM A COUPLE OF GIRLS WHO'VE LEARNT FROM EXPERIENCE.
- Be aware of your posture at all times. A heavier bust may well create
back problems if you allow yourself to slouch over, (doesn’t look
too good either)! You’ve got boobs to die for so carry yourself
tall and square - be proud of your enviable shape.
- Are you wearing the right size bra? It’s worth remembering that
statistically, around 70% of women are in the wrong bra size, which
is typically 1 band size too big and 1-2 cup sizes too small. A loose
band may feel comfortable around your back, but it isn’t able
to properly support your bust. The same applies to the dreaded ‘double
boob syndrome’, caused by wearing too small a cup size so that
you spill out over the top. (not too attractive). Ths can be easily
checked and avoided by wearing a close fitting t-shirt and standing
sideways onto the mirror.
- Your favourite bras do need renewing on a regular basis because they
give and stretch with wash and wear, so check them for fit and shape
every 3-6 months.
- Choose a bra style that is supportive and slightly uplifting. It’s
much better to get your bust sitting at the right height and with an
attractive cleavage than it is to let it sag. Wear a bra that gives
you a round, ‘up front’ shape, which is far more attractive
than the ‘pointed’ or ‘east & west under-the-armpits’
look.
- Avoid wearing high necklines since these over-empasise a large bust
- choose round or square necks instead. Scoop and V necklines are also
flattering as long as they are not too low. A hint of cleavage is all
that’s needed - definately a case of less is more.
- Choose fitted or semi fitted clothing that flows with your shape.
Big, baggy tops only make you look larger all over.
- When buying t-shirt clothing, go for a slightly heavier quality item,
since thinner ones loose their shape too quickly and seem almost to
stretch in the wrong places. Choose styles that are longer in the body
to allow for rising up at the front where they are hugging your bust.
- If you don’t want to draw any more attention to your bust, try
to avoid exceptionally light and bright colours as well as loud patterns
and horizontal stripes.
- When accessorizing, if you would again rather draw attention away
from your boobs, chose necklaces that hang above the bust line rather
than down into the cleavage. You could also try leaving off the necklace
and wearing eye-catching, drop earrings instead.
